Empowered Self, 3 months one-on-one coaching
You have a vision but there’s a missing piece to the puzzle. You need a change, or a transformation but not sure how to get to your vision. You know you can’t do it by yourself and need support and encouragement.
With the Empowered Self Package, we start by defining what will make you happy and we connect you with your true self. The most important step here, is that we co-create a plan together in order to get you to your Vision. You’ll move from “how to get there” to “ I’m getting there”.
With this package you will:

Sessions are one hour each week over the 3 month period.
Grief Recovery, 7 weeks one-on-one sessions
Have you suffered from a broken heart? Did a death, divorce or end of a romantic relationship cause your heartbreak? Do you still feel a lot of pain and can’t let go of it? Time alone doesn’t heal your broken heart, actions do.
With this package:
You will be given effective tools to help you recover from loss and ultimately live a happier life.
One hour in-person session each week for 7 weeks
Group Classes
Dare to Be Bold Course (Basic)
Do you think you lack self-confidence? Does it take you a long time to make a decision because you are afraid to make a mistake? Is it hard for you to say no to people? Are your fears holding you back in life? Do you think that people take advantage of you and you can’t set boundaries?
In this course you will learn to:
Face and overcome your fears
Challenge your limiting beliefs
Set boundaries
Manage and master your thoughts
Communicate assertively
Make decisions confidently
6 modules:
- Tools and techniques to turn your pain into power,
- TEA model,
- Energy blocks,
- No-lose decision making model,
- Assertive communication formula
1.5 hour class each week over 6 weeks.
Dare to Be Bold Course (Advanced)
This course is for you if you feel powerless when it comes to expressing your needs, thoughts and emotions. You’d like to set boundaries confidently and be more assertive in your communication style.
- Attachment styles and relationship patterns and how they are related to your assertiveness challenges
- How to self-soothe and manage your emotions in order to assert yourself
- Lots of exercises and tools to help you become more aware, more confident and more assertive
In other words, you will develop a greater sense of
- Clarity about yourself and others through self-reflection (reflect on your history to understand your current pattern)
- Confidence through self-awareness (the ability to identify your feelings, thoughts, needs, and wants)
- Calmness of mind/heart/body through self-soothing (the ability to calm yourself down so you can access to your communication skills)
4 hour class each week over 3 weeks.
