“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you”
Maya Angelou
Are you ready to make a change in your life, but you think you cannot do it on your own?
We all have blind spots and limiting beliefs that stop us from healing and making a change. I can show you what yours are and help you get past them because I have experienced similar challenges: the death of my loved ones, divorce, and moving to a new country alone. I know it’s not easy to make changes when life’s challenges bring us turmoil, uncertainty, and feelings of losing our sense of self. I’m here to help you find the tools to get back to being you.
Together, we work towards uncovering your ability to use your strengths in tackling and overcoming obstacles and barriers, so you can feel empowered and at peace.
After years of working as a Certified Professional Life Coach and Grief Specialist, helping individuals face their fears, rediscover their authentic selves, and build healthier relationships, I pursued my educational development to become a registered psychotherapist.
I have dedicated hundreds of hours working with immigrants to help them integrate into their new culture and move forward with clarity and confidence. Supporting people to achieve their life and relationship goals is not work for me, it’s my passion!
